Prior to joining NCI, Clarissa held progressive leadership roles in retail, product sourcing, and market expansion, culminating in her position as COO of a furniture retail and distribution company. Her background in business development, supply chain operations, and corporate strategy supports her role in advancing NCI’s climate initiatives alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
