Hultera is a Carbon and Natural Capital Specialist at Nusantara Climate Initiative (NCI), where he focuses on carbon accounting, ecosystem services valuation, and climate change mitigation in the forestry and other land use (FOLU) sectors.

He holds a B.Sc. in Marine Science and an M.Sc. in Natural Resources & Environmental Management from IPB University.

With over 20 years of experience, he has worked with leading organizations such as Burung Indonesia, The Nature Conservancy/Yayasan Konservasi Alam Nusantara, WWF Indonesia, and Winrock International. His expertise spans conservation and restoration, ecosystem services, low-carbon development, and emission reduction in the FOLU sector.
