Aslama is a social and community specialist with a career more than three years in community empowerment, social forestry research, strategic discussions with local communities and indigenous people, and women’s empowerment.
Aslama Nuraulia is often involved in the process of implementing FPIC, and obtaining consent from local communities in collaborative projects between SOBI – Systemiq and Indika Nature. Aslama Nuraulia is also familiar with the implementation of social frameworks to fulfill various standards such as CCB, FSC, and Verra. Aslama was involved in research activities related to Gender and Women when she first started her career at the Demographic Institute of the University of Indonesia.
She is currently working as a social capital analyst at NCI. Aslama plays a role in conducting all technical processes, especially to fulfill the needs of social assessments and frameworks in the aspect of nature-based solutions.
With a background in communication and community empowerment as well as deep dive analysis in social assessment, Aslama makes her best contribution at NCI to carry out technical activities in the field of social data collection and processing to become a social impact assessment report, then develop business model programs that can be implemented to the community to increase alternative income and ensure that all social assessment activities are in accordance with the applicable certification framework or NBS.
