Isnurdiansyah is a seasoned agribusiness and community development professional specializing in sustainability and conflict mitigation. As the Senior Specialist Social Safeguard & Community Dev. at Nusantara Climate Initiative (NCI), he ensures that programs are socially sustainable and culturally appropriate, integrating Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) that benefit both the environment and local communities. His expertise lies in designing and implementing strategies that align environmental sustainability with social equity, ensuring that all stakeholders—especially marginalized communities—reap the benefits of NCI’s initiatives.

Previously, Isnurdiansyah worked as a socio-economic scientist at the World Agroforestry (ICRAF), where he gained deep expertise in value chains, farmer household livelihoods, agroforestry economics, and agribusiness development in remote areas. This experience provided him with a strong understanding of rural community challenges and opportunities for sustainable development.
